MENTORING FOR LEADERSHIP

"Tell me, and I forget; teach me, and I may remember, involve me, and I learn.”

                                                                                              Benjamin Franklin

In order to keep our Organization healthy and productive, it is vital for us to mentor, teach

and inspire.  All of our hard work and knowledge must be passed on and utilized in order

to deem being successful.  Our efforts are only successful, when those taking our place are

comfortably able to carry on and make new paths.

We must continue to embrace, encourage and promote the CARE concept.

C – Catch the member when they first join

A – Ask them to participate

R – Remember what it felt like to be new.
